Privacy Policy

The short version: ListNudge has no account of its own — it uses your iCloud account to sync and share. There are no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. Your lists sync directly between your devices and the people you share them with through Apple's iCloud, and we never see them.
What the app stores
Your lists, items, stores, and preferences are stored in your iCloud account and synced via Apple's CloudKit. Lists you choose to share are visible only to the people you invite, using Apple's standard CloudKit sharing. We don't run a server of our own, and we never receive a copy of your data.
No account, no login
ListNudge doesn't ask you to create an account. Your identity within a shared list comes from your iCloud account, the same way it works for Apple's own apps like Reminders or Notes. If you're signed out of iCloud, the app still works locally on your device.
Location
With your permission, ListNudge uses your device's location to notify you when you're near a store on your list. This happens entirely on your device — your location is never sent to us. You can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings or in the app's own settings.
Siri & Shortcuts
Adding items with Siri is handled entirely by Apple's on-device Siri and App Intents frameworks. We don't receive audio, transcripts, or any record of what you asked Siri to do.
Notifications
Store-proximity alerts are scheduled locally on your device or delivered via Apple Push Notification service purely to wake the app for a sync — never with any content we control.
Third parties
There are no third-party SDKs, ad networks, or analytics services in the app. The only third party involved at all is Apple, for iCloud sync/sharing, Siri, and push notifications, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Children's privacy
ListNudge is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new "last updated" date.
